The Ancient Kauri BT Baritone
This Baritone guitar has a body made from 40,000 year old Ancient Kauri, a neck made from Mahogany and a fretboard made from Cocobolo. The grain pattern in the Cocobolo looks incredible.
The fret markers have been cut from an Ancient Kauri scrap and help to tie the whole look together. The scale length of the instrument is 28 inches and it has 21 frets with a 10" fretboard radius.
It has Grover locking tuners, a Tele style bridge which allows a "string thru" configuration, a Tele style control plate and an Electrosocket output jack. All hardware is chrome.
The pickups are hand wound my J.S. Moore of Hamilton, ON. The bridge pickup is a standard Tele bridge pickup and the neck pickup is a P90. The pickups offer a great range of tone and clarity.
